You’ve probably heard of the “paperless office” hyped up by commentators when computers were first introduced back in the early 80’s, and by now must be pretty skeptical if anything like going paperless will ever eventuate. The office seems to be filled with more paper than ever.
Well going paperless has been done.
In fact things have moved beyond mere paperless, jumped right over data centric straight into
“(issue centric)® computing”.
